Meet Kristi, the passionate owner of Sublime Pet Spa! She embarked on her grooming journey in 2005 and had the incredible opportunity to travel across the United States, soaking in diverse grooming styles and techniques. In 2011, Kristi’s dream came true when she opened her own salon, aiming to create a soothing atmosphere away from corporate grooming. Her commitment has truly paid off—she has grown her team from just 1 to 8 talented groomers and even expanded to a beautifully spacious location to better serve her amazing clients. Although Kristi no longer grooms, she is excited to share her expertise by offering classes for owners on how to groom their furry friends at home.
The Team
Sadie began her journey at a technical school, where she learned the fundamentals of animal care. After completing her training, she worked as a professional bather for several years. In 2023, she decided to advance her career by becoming a groomer. Sadie has the expertise to groom any breed, but her extensive experience in bathing makes her particularly skilled in de-shedding and trim-ups. She especially enjoys grooming poodles and doodles.
Alyssa R has been grooming dogs since high school in 2011, giving her over 13 years of experience. She has always loved animals and enjoys making them look and feel their best. Alyssa particularly enjoys grooming doodles, Pomeranians, and cats. She focuses on keeping the grooming experience calm and stress-free for the pets she works with.
Kelsey has been a professional groomer for eight years. What started as a love for animals has developed into a rewarding career built on trust, care, and the special connections she has forged with her furry clients. While she enjoys grooming all breeds, she has a particular fondness for dachshunds, as she has two at home named Wanda and Greg. Kelsey prioritizes creating a calm and stress-free environment so each pet can feel safe and loved.
Alyssa B. has been a passionate groomer since 2011, dedicated to the well-being of small dogs, especially seniors. She finds joy in revitalizing these lovable pups and is inspired by the playful spirit of terriers. Grateful for her dream job, she looks forward to continuing to make a positive difference in the lives of these dogs.
Lara began grooming dogs in 2021 after working as a hairstylist for eight years. She enjoys experimenting with fun, trendy haircuts, but now for dogs instead of people! Lara works with all breeds and coat types, but she especially loves grooming poodles and terriers.
Courtney began her grooming career in 2019 at Sublime Pet Spa. As a student at the salon, she developed a wide range of skills and embraced the calming mottos of the establishment. Courtney is an experienced groomer for all breeds, with a special talent for double-coated dogs! She shines in de-shedding and outline trims, and her greatest joy is making her clients smile.
Dakota has been grooming dogs for nearly fifteen years. She particularly enjoys working with miniature schnauzers, Yorkshire terriers, and miniature poodles. Dakota is certified in canine CPR and has completed a doodle grooming certification course. In 2013, she placed third in the state FFA grooming competition. She is dedicated to building strong relationships with pet owners and their beloved dogs.
Since embarking on her grooming journey in 2020, Maia has become experienced with all breeds and coat types. She has a special love for grooming doodles, skillfully creating stylish and comfortable cuts that perfectly reflect each dog’s unique personality and needs.
Since joining our salon in 2021, Colleen has truly become an invaluable member of our team! Her exceptional customer care shines through, and her enthusiasm for our adorable dogs is infectious. Whether she’s expertly managing our calls or warmly welcoming you at the door, Colleen’s friendly presence makes every visit special.
